Early Learning Centers
Early Learning Centers
Our Early Learning Centers (ELC) are welcoming environments for 3-5 year old children where lasting relationships are strengthened and encouraged. We provide the opportunity for children to explore and discover their interests, while encouraging them to build on all possibilities for independent learning. A typical day at our Early Learning Center will incorporate social-emotional, language and literacy, math and science, history, health and safety and creative expressions.
Our Early Learning Centers are Accredited by NAEYC, Licensed by DHS and follow developmentally appropriate practices. Best practice being our mantra, our highly qualified staff utilize the Emergent Curriculum to facilitate the flow of the day.
Financial Assistance
CEP programs offer enrolling families the opportunity to apply for scholarships based on family income and family size. Information and applications are available at registration or by contacting the Center Director. Funds are limited, and requests are granted on a first come, first serve basis. When demand exceeds available funding, families will be put on a waiting list.
All CEP programs are DES eligible and welcome families with this state assistance.

Annual Family Registration Fee
Annual $65 fee is assessed to families and applies to the 1st day of school through the last day of summer.
